Kuuba Terms of Service

Last updated 24 October 2026

Kuuba Ltd. Version 1.0. Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE: to be confirmed]

Draft for solicitor review. Not yet in force. Text in highlighted square brackets is still [to be confirmed] and will be completed before this Terms of Service takes effect.

Key points: These Terms are a business-to-business contract between Kuuba Ltd and the firm that subscribes to Kuuba. Kuuba is for businesses only, not consumers. Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel, and we email you 3 days before each charge. The assistant answers only from content your firm publishes, and your firm is responsible for that content and for how the assistant is set up. Kuuba does not give professional advice. Our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these Terms. English law applies.

See also our Privacy Notice and Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

1. About these Terms

1.1These terms of service (the "Terms") are between Kuuba Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17555395, whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ ("Kuuba", "we", "us"), and the business that registers for or subscribes to the Service (the "Customer", "you").

1.2The Terms apply when the person registering accepts them online (for example by ticking a box or clicking to subscribe), or when you first use the Service, whichever is earlier. The person accepting confirms they have authority to bind the Customer.

1.3The Agreement consists of: (a) these Terms; (b) the Data Processing Agreement (the "DPA"); (c) the Acceptable Use Policy in Schedule 1; and (d) the plan and pricing details shown at sign-up or in an order form. If there is a conflict, the order of priority is: the DPA (for data protection matters), then any signed order form, then these Terms, then the other documents.

2. Definitions and interpretation

In short: Capitalised words have the meanings below.

"Account" means the Customer's Kuuba account, including all Authorised Users.

"Assistant" means the AI website assistant configured by the Customer through the Service and shown to Visitors through the Widget.

"Authorised User" means an employee, partner, member or contractor of the Customer whom the Customer allows to use the Account.

"Billing Period" means each monthly period starting on the date a paid plan begins or renews.

"Customer Content" means all material the Customer or its Authorised Users upload, link or provide to the Service, including documents (PDF and Word), website pages the Customer asks the Service to read, settings and instructions, and the Customer's knowledge base built from them.

"Data Protection Laws" means the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, each as amended (including by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025).

"Fees" means the subscription fees, top-up charges and any other charges payable under the Agreement.

"Output" means answers, citations, enquiry summaries and other content generated by the Service.

"Service" means the Kuuba software-as-a-service platform, the Widget, the Kuuba dashboard and related support, as updated from time to time.

"Tokens" means the units used to measure usage of the Service, as described in clause 5.

"Visitor" means a person who uses the Widget on the Customer's website.

"Visitor Data" means information provided by or about Visitors through the Widget, including chat messages and handoff contact details.

"Widget" means the code the Customer installs on its website to display the Assistant.

2.1Headings and "In short" summaries are for convenience only and do not affect the meaning of the Terms. "Including" means "including without limitation". A reference to a law includes that law as amended or replaced. "Writing" includes email.

3. Business use only, eligibility and accounts

In short: Kuuba is only for businesses. You are responsible for who uses your Account and for keeping sign-in methods secure.

3.1Business customers only. The Service is supplied only to businesses, professional firms and other organisations acting for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession. It is not available to consumers. By accepting these Terms you confirm that the Customer is not a consumer. Consumer protection laws that apply only to consumer contracts (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the subscription contract rules in the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024) are therefore not intended to apply.

3.2Eligibility. Authorised Users must be at least 18 years old. The Customer must be established in the United Kingdom [or in another country we agree in writing].

3.3Accurate information. You must give accurate registration and billing details and keep them up to date.

3.4Sign-in security. The Service uses one-time email codes and optional Google sign-in, with optional two-factor authentication (2FA). You must keep access to Authorised Users' email accounts and authenticator devices secure, remove Authorised Users who no longer need access, and tell us promptly at [support@ CONTACT EMAIL: to be confirmed] if you suspect unauthorised access. We recommend that every Authorised User turns on 2FA.

3.5Responsibility for use. You are responsible for everything done through the Account by Authorised Users, and for their compliance with the Agreement.

4.2Free plan. The free plan is provided free of charge, with the limits shown on our pricing page. We may change the free plan's features or limits, or withdraw it, on at least 30 days' notice. Support for the free plan is on a best-efforts basis. If a free Account is inactive for [12 months], we may close it after giving at least 30 days' notice by email.

4.3Changing plans. You can upgrade at any time and the new plan starts straight away, with a pro rata charge for the rest of the current Billing Period [CONFIRM STRIPE PRORATION SETTING]. Downgrades take effect from the next Billing Period.

5. Fees, Tokens and top-ups

In short: Each paid plan includes a monthly Token allowance. You can buy top-ups if you need more. Prices and VAT treatment are shown when you buy.

5.1Tokens. Use of the Service, and in particular generating answers, uses Tokens. The number of Tokens included in each plan is shown on our pricing page. Our dashboard shows your Token balance.

5.2Unused Tokens. Tokens included in a plan [expire at the end of each Billing Period and do not roll over]. Top-up Tokens [remain available for [12 months] from purchase / do not expire while the Account is active]. Tokens have no cash value and are not refundable except as stated in clause 7.

5.3Top-ups. You can buy additional Tokens through the dashboard at the price shown at the time of purchase. Top-ups are charged when you buy them.

5.4When Tokens run out. If your Token balance reaches zero, the Assistant may stop generating answers until your allowance resets or you buy a top-up. [CONFIRM PRODUCT BEHAVIOUR, FOR EXAMPLE WHETHER THE WIDGET SWITCHES TO OFFERING A HANDOFF ONLY.] We will tell you by email when your balance is running low [CONFIRM THRESHOLD].

5.5VAT. [OPTION A: All prices are shown excluding VAT, which will be added at the applicable rate.] [OPTION B: All prices include VAT at the applicable rate.] [Kuuba Ltd VAT number: [VAT NUMBER, IF REGISTERED].]

5.6Price changes. We may change our prices on at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period ends. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

6. Billing, automatic renewal and failed payments

In short: Paid plans renew every month until cancelled. We email a reminder 3 days before each charge and tell you if a payment fails.

6.1Payment methods. Payments are processed by Stripe by card, Link or Bacs Direct Debit. By providing a payment method you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge the Fees to it. Stripe's own terms apply to its payment services.

6.2Automatic renewal. Paid plans are charged in advance for each Billing Period and renew automatically at the end of each Billing Period until cancelled under clause 7.

6.3Renewal reminders. We will email the billing contact a reminder at least 3 days before each renewal charge, showing the amount and date of the charge and how to cancel.

6.4Invoices. We will make a VAT invoice or receipt available for each payment through the Stripe Customer Portal or by email.

6.5Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will notify the billing contact by email and Stripe may retry the payment over the following [14] days. If payment has still not been made [14] days after the first failed attempt, we may move the Account to the free plan or suspend paid features under clause 12, after giving at least [7] days' notice.

6.6Late payment. [OPTIONAL: We may charge interest on overdue amounts under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.] You may not withhold or set off amounts due to us except where the law does not allow us to prevent it.

6.7Disputed charges. If you think a charge is wrong, please contact [support@ CONTACT EMAIL: to be confirmed] within 60 days of the charge so we can investigate before you raise a chargeback.

7. Cancellation and refunds

In short: You can cancel at any time in the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.

7.1How to cancel. You can cancel a paid plan at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your dashboard, or by emailing [support@ CONTACT EMAIL: to be confirmed].

7.2Effect of cancelling. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Billing Period. You keep access to the paid plan until then, after which the Account moves to the free plan [or closes, if you ask us to close it].

7.3Refunds. Fees already paid are not refundable, except: (a) where these Terms say otherwise (for example clauses 22.3 and 24.4); (b) where we have charged you in error; or (c) where the law requires a refund. We may offer goodwill refunds at our discretion.

8. Customer Content and licence

In short: You own your content. You give us only the permissions we need to run the Service for you.

8.1Ownership. As between the parties, the Customer owns all rights in Customer Content and Visitor Data. Subject to clause 10, the Customer may use Output for its business.

8.2Licence to us. The Customer grants Kuuba a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence for the duration of the Agreement (and for any period afterwards needed under clause 23) to host, copy, process, index, transmit and display Customer Content and Visitor Data solely to provide, secure and support the Service for the Customer, and as otherwise set out in the DPA.

8.3No training. We will not use Customer Content or Visitor Data to train AI models, and we will not sell them.

8.4Rights to crawl. When you ask the Service to read website pages, you confirm that the pages are your own or that you have the right to use them in this way.

9. Your responsibilities

In short: You decide what the Assistant knows and how it is presented. You are responsible for your content, your website and your obligations to your Visitors.

9.1The Customer is responsible for:

  • the accuracy, completeness, currency and lawfulness of Customer Content, including any regulatory statements it contains;
  • reviewing the Assistant's set-up, testing it before going live and after material changes, and monitoring Output and handoffs regularly;
  • having all rights, licences and permissions needed for Customer Content;
  • complying with its own professional and regulatory duties (for example rules of the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the ICAEW or other bodies that apply to it) when using the Service;
  • acting as controller of Visitor Data, including publishing an appropriate privacy notice on its website that covers the Assistant, having a lawful basis for processing, and responding to Visitors' rights requests;
  • responding to handoff enquiries passed to it by the Service;
  • keeping its website, the Widget installation and any Slack or Microsoft Teams webhooks it configures secure; and
  • complying with the Acceptable Use Policy in Schedule 1.

9.2AI transparency notice. The Widget displays a notice telling Visitors that they are interacting with an AI system. The Customer must not remove, hide, obscure or change that notice so that it becomes misleading, and must keep it visible to Visitors. Where the Customer's website is used by people in the European Union, Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires people to be told when they are interacting with an AI system, and the Customer must not take steps that would undermine this.

9.3Special category and criminal offence data. The Service is not designed for collecting special category data (such as health information) or criminal offence data. The Customer must not configure the Assistant to ask Visitors for such data unless we have agreed this in writing and the Customer has a lawful basis and condition for it.

10. AI Output and professional advice

In short: The Assistant answers only from your published content, but AI can still make mistakes. Kuuba does not give legal, financial or other professional advice.

10.1How Output is produced. The Service is designed to generate answers only from Customer Content, to cite the source sentence relied on, and to offer a handoff to the Customer's team when it is not confident. It uses third-party AI models (see clause 18).

10.2No professional advice from Kuuba. Kuuba does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting or any other professional advice, and the Service is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Any professional relationship with a Visitor is between that Visitor and the Customer.

10.3Limits of AI. AI systems can produce Output that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, including where Customer Content is itself inaccurate or out of date, or where a citation does not fully support an answer. The Customer should design its website and processes on the basis that Output may occasionally be wrong.

10.4Customer review. The Customer is responsible for deciding whether the Service is suitable for its purposes and for reviewing Output and handoffs.

11. Acceptable use

In short: Use Kuuba lawfully and as intended. The full rules are in Schedule 1.

11.1The Customer must comply, and ensure that its Authorised Users comply, with the Acceptable Use Policy in Schedule 1. We may update Schedule 1 on notice under clause 24 where reasonably needed for legal, security or safety reasons, or to reflect requirements of our AI providers.

12. Suspension

In short: We may pause the Service in limited situations, and we will tell you why and restore it as soon as we can.

12.1We may suspend all or part of the Service, acting reasonably and proportionately, if: (a) payment is overdue as described in clause 6.5; (b) we reasonably believe the Account or Service is being used in breach of clause 11 or in a way that creates a security, legal or safety risk; (c) a supplier or AI provider requires us to; or (d) we are required by law.

12.2Where reasonably possible we will give notice before suspending and explain the reason. We will restore the Service as soon as reasonably practicable once the reason has been resolved.

13. Intellectual property

In short: We own Kuuba. You own your content. Feedback helps us improve, and we may use it freely.

13.1Kuuba and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, documentation and the Widget. Subject to the Agreement and payment of Fees, we grant the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right during the Agreement for its Authorised Users to use the Service, and to install the Widget on websites the Customer controls, for the Customer's internal business purposes.

13.2The Customer must not: copy, modify or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law; resell or sublicense it [except under a written reseller arrangement with us]; or use it to build a competing product.

13.3If you give us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify the Customer publicly without permission.

13.4We may create and use aggregated, de-identified statistics about use of the Service (for example total numbers of questions answered) that do not identify the Customer, any individual or Customer Content, to operate and improve the Service.

14. Confidentiality

14.1Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential, use it only to perform or receive the benefit of the Agreement, and disclose it only to its employees, contractors, subprocessors and professional advisers who need to know it and are bound by equivalent confidentiality duties. Customer Content and Visitor Data are the Customer's confidential information.

14.2This clause does not apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of the recipient, was lawfully known to the recipient beforehand, is received lawfully from a third party, or is independently developed. A party may disclose confidential information where required by law, a court or a regulator, giving the other party notice where lawful.

14.3This clause continues for [5 years] after the Agreement ends, and indefinitely for trade secrets and personal data.

15. Data protection

In short: For Visitor Data and personal data in your content, you are the controller and we are your processor under the DPA. For your Account and billing data, we are the controller under our Privacy Notice.

15.1Each party will comply with Data Protection Laws.

15.2For personal data in Customer Content and Visitor Data, the Customer is the controller and Kuuba is the processor. The DPA at /dpa is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms.

15.3For personal data about Authorised Users, billing contacts and other Customer staff that Kuuba uses to run the Account, bill and communicate with the Customer, Kuuba is an independent controller and processes that data as described in its Privacy Notice at /privacy.

16. Security

16.1We will maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the Service, Customer Content and Visitor Data, as described in Annex 2 of the DPA. We will not materially reduce the overall level of security during the Agreement.

16.2The Customer will keep its own systems, accounts and website secure and notify us promptly of any suspected security incident affecting the Account.

17. Availability and support

In short: We work hard to keep Kuuba running, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable.

17.1We will use reasonable efforts to make the Service available at all times, except for planned maintenance (which we will try to carry out outside UK business hours and announce in advance where practical) and events outside our reasonable control. [OPTIONAL TARGET: We aim for [99.5]% monthly availability. This is a target, not a guarantee, and no service credits apply unless agreed in an order form.]

17.2Support is provided by email at [support@ CONTACT EMAIL: to be confirmed] during UK business hours (9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England). We aim to respond within [1 business day] for paid plans. Response times for the free plan are best efforts.

17.3We may update and improve the Service from time to time. We will not make changes that materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a Billing Period without notice under clause 24.

18. Third-party services

18.1The Service relies on third-party providers, including AI model providers, email delivery, hosting and payments. Our subprocessors are listed in Annex 3 of the DPA. We are responsible for our subprocessors as set out in the DPA.

18.2Some features let the Customer connect services it chooses, such as Google sign-in, Slack or Microsoft Teams webhooks, or the Stripe Customer Portal. The Customer's use of those services is governed by the third party's terms, and we are not responsible for those services or for data once it has been delivered to the Customer's own Slack or Microsoft Teams workspace.

19. Warranties and disclaimers

19.1Each party warrants that it has authority to enter into the Agreement.

19.2Kuuba warrants that it will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care and substantially as described in our published documentation. If we breach this warranty, the Customer's remedy is for us to use reasonable efforts to correct the problem, or, if we cannot do so within a reasonable time, for the Customer to terminate the affected paid plan and receive a pro rata refund of prepaid Fees for the period after termination.

19.3The Customer warrants that Customer Content, and its use under the Agreement, will not infringe third-party rights or break the law.

19.4Except as expressly stated in the Agreement, and to the extent permitted by law, all other warranties, conditions and terms, whether implied by statute, common law or otherwise (including as to satisfactory quality and fitness for purpose), are excluded. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Output will always be accurate or complete.

20. Limitation of liability

In short: Each party's liability is capped, and some types of loss are excluded. Liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, is not limited.

20.1Unlimited liability. Nothing in the Agreement limits or excludes either party's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) breach of the terms implied by section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 or section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979; or (d) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. The Customer's obligation to pay Fees is not limited by this clause.

20.2Excluded losses. Subject to clause 20.1, neither party is liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for any: loss of profits; loss of revenue; loss of business or contracts; loss of anticipated savings; loss of goodwill or reputation; or indirect or consequential loss.

20.3Cap. Subject to clauses 20.1 and 20.4, each party's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Agreement in each 12-month period starting on the date the Customer first accepted these Terms is limited to the greater of: (a) [100]% of the Fees paid and payable by the Customer in that 12-month period; and (b) £[1,000]. For an Account on the free plan only, our total aggregate liability is limited to £[100].

20.4Separate cap for data protection and indemnities. [DECISION: Each party's total aggregate liability for breach of clause 15 or the DPA, and under clause 21, is limited to [£X / [2 to 3] times the cap in clause 20.3].]

20.5Data. The Service is not a backup or archive service. The Customer should keep its own copies of Customer Content. Our liability for loss or corruption of Customer Content is limited to using reasonable efforts to restore it from our most recent backup.

20.6Reasonableness. The parties agree that these limits are reasonable for the purposes of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, taking into account the Fees, the availability of insurance and the fact that the Customer controls Customer Content and the Assistant's set-up.

21. Indemnities

21.1By Kuuba. We will indemnify the Customer against losses, damages and reasonable costs finally awarded against it, or agreed by us in settlement, arising from a third-party claim that the Customer's use of the Service in accordance with the Agreement infringes that third party's UK intellectual property rights. This does not apply to claims arising from Customer Content, combinations with items we did not supply, or use in breach of the Agreement. If such a claim is made or likely, we may modify the Service so it does not infringe, obtain a licence, or terminate the affected Service and refund prepaid Fees for the period after termination.

21.2By the Customer. The Customer will indemnify Kuuba against losses, damages and reasonable costs finally awarded against Kuuba, or agreed by the Customer in settlement, arising from a third-party claim (including by a regulator, to the extent the law allows) that results from: (a) Customer Content, including a claim that it infringes rights or is unlawful; (b) the Customer's breach of clause 11 or Schedule 1; or (c) the Customer's failure to comply with its obligations as controller of Visitor Data.

21.3Conditions. The indemnified party must: promptly notify the other of the claim; not make admissions without consent; give the other party control of the defence and settlement; and provide reasonable cooperation at the other party's cost. Each party must take reasonable steps to mitigate its losses.

22. Term and termination

In short: The Agreement continues until either side ends it. You can leave at the end of any month. Either side can end it for serious breach.

22.1The Agreement starts when you accept these Terms and continues until terminated.

22.2The Customer may terminate at any time by cancelling under clause 7 and asking us to close the Account. Kuuba may terminate for convenience on at least [60] days' notice.

22.3Either party may terminate immediately by written notice if the other: (a) commits a material breach that is not capable of remedy, or that is not remedied within 30 days of written notice requiring it; or (b) becomes insolvent, enters administration or liquidation (other than a solvent reorganisation), has a receiver appointed, or stops trading. If the Customer terminates under this clause, or we terminate for convenience under clause 22.2, we will refund prepaid Fees for the period after termination.

23. Effect of termination, data export and deletion

In short: When the Agreement ends you have a period to export your data, then we delete it.

23.1When the Agreement ends, the Customer's right to use the Service ends and the Widget will stop working. The Customer should remove the Widget code from its website.

23.2Export. For [30] days after termination, on request to [support@ CONTACT EMAIL: to be confirmed], we will make available an export of Customer Content and Visitor Data in a commonly used format [CONFIRM: through the dashboard export feature or by secure download]. Customer Content uploaded as documents can also be retrieved from the Customer's own records.

23.3Deletion. After the export period, we will delete Customer Content and Visitor Data from our live systems within [30] days, and from backups as they roll off within a further [35] days, unless we are required by law to keep them. Details are in the DPA.

23.4Clauses that by their nature should continue after termination will do so, including clauses 6 (for unpaid Fees), 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 23 and 25.

24. Changes to the Service and these Terms

24.1We may change these Terms by giving at least 30 days' notice by email to the Account's primary contact and in the dashboard. The change takes effect at the start of the next Billing Period after the notice period. If the Customer does not agree, it may cancel before the change takes effect, and if the change is materially adverse, it may terminate and receive a pro rata refund of any prepaid Fees for the period after termination.

24.2We may make changes sooner where required by law, a regulator or a security risk. We will give as much notice as is reasonable in the circumstances.

24.3Changes that only correct errors, or that do not adversely affect the Customer, may take effect when published.

24.4If we discontinue a paid plan or the Service, we will give at least [90] days' notice and refund any prepaid Fees and unused paid top-up Tokens for the period after discontinuation.

25. General

25.1Assignment and subcontracting. The Customer may not assign or transfer the Agreement without our written consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). We may assign the Agreement to a successor to all or substantially all of our business on notice, and may subcontract in accordance with the DPA. We remain responsible for our subcontractors.

25.2Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control, including failures of public networks, power, or third-party hosting or AI providers that are not caused by the affected party. The affected party must notify the other and take reasonable steps to limit the effect. If the event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate on written notice. This clause does not excuse payment obligations.

25.3Notices. Notices must be in writing. Notices to the Customer may be sent to the Account's primary contact email. Notices to us must be sent to [support@ CONTACT EMAIL: to be confirmed] (with a copy to our registered office for notices of breach or legal claims). Email notices are treated as received at the time of sending if sent during UK business hours, otherwise at 9am on the next business day.

25.4Entire agreement. The Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties about its subject matter and replaces any previous arrangements. Each party confirms it has not relied on any statement not set out in the Agreement. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud.

25.5Third-party rights. No one other than the parties has any right to enforce any term of the Agreement under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

25.6Variation and waiver. Except as set out in clause 24, changes to the Agreement must be agreed in writing. A failure or delay in exercising a right is not a waiver of it.

25.7Severance. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Agreement will continue in force.

25.8No partnership. Nothing in the Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture or agency between the parties.

25.9Publicity. We will not name the Customer as a customer in our marketing without the Customer's prior written consent.

25.10Disputes. The parties will try to resolve disputes in good faith first, by escalating to a director of each party. Either party may still seek urgent court relief.

25.11Governing law and jurisdiction. The Agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Schedule 1: Acceptable Use Policy

In short: Use Kuuba to help Visitors understand your firm's published information. Do not use it for anything unlawful, harmful or deceptive, or to get around its safeguards.

S1.1The Customer and its Authorised Users must not use, or allow anyone to use, the Service to:

  • break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • upload, publish or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, obscene, misleading or fraudulent;
  • read or index websites or documents that the Customer does not own or does not have the right to use in this way;
  • attempt to "jailbreak", manipulate or circumvent the Assistant's safeguards, source restrictions or instructions, or to make it produce content outside the Customer's published knowledge;
  • remove, hide or alter the AI notice shown to Visitors, or present the Assistant as a human;
  • use the Service for high-risk purposes, including: making decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals (such as credit, employment, insurance, immigration or access to essential services); emergency or safety-critical services; medical diagnosis; or any use classed as prohibited or high-risk under the EU AI Act;
  • solicit or collect special category data, criminal offence data, payment card details, passwords or government identification numbers from Visitors, unless we have agreed in writing;
  • target children or knowingly collect personal data from children through the Assistant;
  • send spam or unsolicited marketing using information collected through the Service;
  • introduce malware, probe or test the vulnerability of the Service (except under a written agreement with us), overload it, or interfere with other customers;
  • scrape, copy or extract the Service, its prompts or its models, or use the Service or Output to develop a competing product or to train AI models;
  • use the Service in a way that breaches the usage policies of our AI providers that we make available to you; or
  • resell, share or provide access to the Service to third parties except as permitted by the Agreement.

S1.2We may investigate suspected breaches, remove or disable content, and suspend or terminate access under clauses 12 and 22. Please report misuse to [support@ CONTACT EMAIL: to be confirmed].
